Industrial Robot and AI Development Lab

Introduction

The laboratory is intended for researchers and students of master's and doctoral programs in "Technological Process and Industrial Automation" and for developers who conduct research in the field of control systems.

In this lab, we focus on the smart industrial system, its control system development, industrial robotic system and its new algorithm processing. Also the industrial robotic system, manipulator’s control algorithm will be developed. We will conduct experiments on image processing for computer based and programmable logic controller based industrial automation. Besides the experiments of mobile robots, path planning, navigation, odometer and the most effective energy consuming of robot algorithms will be developed in our lab. The advanced digital signal processing algorithm and the research on a use of artificial intelligence in control system will be studied. The lab has essential devices for conducting e-classes, online meetings and the blended courses on industrial automation, its platforms are placed in the lab.
